Taskbar Sites – Always on top

This site takes the form of a graphical interface in your taskbar:

The various parts of the portal open in small modeless windows that can be dragged about the screen. So long as your taskbar is set to "always on top", then the pop-ups will remain on top too. This does not interfere with your ability to interact with pages underneath the pop-ups. All pop-ups are resizable.
