When the file is unzipped a text file will open with installation instructions.

The benefits of using the offline version include quicker loading and greater dependability. The advantage of using the online version is that you will always be using the latest version.

Dial-up users are welcome to continue using the online version, but should note that the taskbar site will attempt to connect to the internet each time you boot up.
